The burger bun was literally stuck to the packet, had to throw it out, the burger meat was not like a burger, it was falling apart, like meat shavings. The sauce was just sloshed on, sogging the top burger bun. The chunky fries were hard. The worst meal, in the end I threw it all out! Extremely disappointing, should have just ordered pizza from dominos!

Food was only just ok, delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes, when i rang after 1 hour 30mins i was told they had only just received the order from Just Eat so whether they were telling the truth or not, i´ll never know.

2nd time I´ve used Planeat and terrible each time. Really good idea having such a wide variety of food from around the world but clearly they don´t have anyone than can cook the dishes from the various countries. This time the curry was like brown water and the delivery time was over 1 hour - on a quit night. Never again.

Over an hour on delivery, 1 item was wrong and 1 item didnt even turn up. Then called to complain and was told i was in the wrong. Wont be using Planeat again dreadful service.

ive never written a review before and ive ordered from justeat 3 or 4 dozen times. the service at this place is a disgrace. The food disgusting i had to throw the fish away! it took them 2 hours to deliver and they had forgotten my cigarettes which i had ordered, the driver said he´d be back with them in 10 minutes and never returned! had to call up justeat for a refund! do NOT order from this place

Usually quite impressed despite the long wait for delivery, but last night we placed an order that was never delivered and no-one got in touch with us to cancel, explain or apologise - they left it to us to chase a refund through Just Eat and its going to take the best part of a week. Be wary of ordering late at night or the same could happen to you!

The quality at Planeat differs greatly, seemingly based on luck and who´s working that day. We have had great meals one week, only to get the opposite the next. This time the lasagne was burned and looked like it had been dropped on the floor and then scooped up before cooking: the pasta was on the bottom and all the minced meat on top. The melted cheese got stuck to the packaging due to lack of a cardboard lid. The garlic bread was delicious, though, and the lasagne was excellent last week. The delivery people are always nice and the service is usually faster than promised.
