Prompt delivery. Good food.

Ordering online was very easy, and avoids the slightly pushy sales pitch for dips and extras which you get in the shop. Disappointed to have to pay for both delivery and payment by card. This is not the case with local Indian takeaways. The leaflet I had said free garlic bread for online orders, but this was not offered online. The food arrived 20 minutes quicker than the estimated delivery time. The delivery person was friendly and polite. The garlic bread was excellent. The pizzas were bland- tasting compared to when the business was in private hands. The base was thicker and the topping thinner than it used to be. This used to be my favourite pizza outlet on the planet, but now it´s just ordinary. The toppings used to be very generous, now they are just about adequate. This is the second time I´ve used it since new management took over, and both times I´ve been disappointed. Going to try the new Pizza Hut next time, and if it´s better, I doubt I´ll go back. A great shame - I have recommended Ponchinello´s for years but won´t do any more.

Really nice in the end not enough seasoning also they ran out of italian ham so had to change my order

The meal was excellent, but a little cold. The meal arrived around half an hour before we expected it which took us by surprise. We weren´t really ready for it and I had to run round getting things ready.
