Rays Pizza

A friend of mine and I ordered from here during a Friday night work session. After an hour and a half, we phoned asking where our pizza was. The guy on the phone was rude and barked that it was on its way. After another half hour, we had to phone again. Rude guy barked that someone would get back to us. A manager eventually did and we were told their delivery person had ´disappeared´, with our pizzas, and wasn´t responding to messages. They offered us a full refund since we had paid online with a card. The pizzas never arrived. Two weeks later and they still haven´t refunded my friend´s money. So, in sum, they´re rude, they´re incompetent, and they´re eversoslightly guilty of thieving money from my friend.

Mediocre pizza. They telephoned two hours after the order to say they do not deliver. Cue panic by them for what to do. When I eventual turned up to colelct the pizza they said it was not ready. Eventually the pizza was found. I was offered no discount and was merely given a voucher for my next visit which was redundant as I have no intention of returning to this shambles of a takeaway. Avoid at all costs

the pizza is uneatable! it was cold,burnt and there are grease from the oven,and it takes more than one hour to delivery!
