Having accepted the order, 5 mins before due they called to say the delivery driver didn´t want to come to Digby, so if we wanted our meal we have to pay £2. They have never charged before. Sadly the food was very tasty, but I will never be ordering from them again. Appalling customer service.

Took much longer than it said, didn´t get our free bombay aloo plus turned up without rice. If you call and order, your rice is included, we thought this would be the same seeing as the prices are exact, apparently not. Don´t order on here! Call up instead.

The curry was good but the delivery time was wrong. I was at work when I ordered the curry, stating a delivery time of 7.15pm. I got a call just after 6pm asking if I´d ordered a curry, I said yes and the delivery guy then proceeded to tell me he was outside my house and I wasn´t there. Yes, that´s right, because I´d asked for a delivery time of 7.15pm. Fortunately the delivery man did wait while I rushed to pick up some cash and drive back from work. He was very polite, the curry was tasty but did need warming up.

Usually very excellent but on this occasion it took 90 mins to be delivered the driver got lost, the food arrived cold & soggy, one of the starters had part of it missing & was very oily, when we phoned the restuarant they said the food was still in the resturant even tho the driver had phoned us twice to get directions, so they lied to us so very very disappointed.

The service was very goood & the food was delivered on time. However the starter were swimming in oil & the main were tasteless & runny as if they had been watered down. VERY POOR. Until last night we had been regualar customers ordering about once a week, we will not be ordering again. A waste of £35.

Very disappointed with this meal. The staff were rude and dismissive. The food was an hour late and subsequently cold and did not taste fresh.
