Reggae 2 Go

Always a pleasure even for the kids.

I have requested delivery at 21.15 and it has arrived 30 minutes earlier.

My partner and I have ordered from Reggae to Go a few times now and today was our worst to date. After waiting the max. time of 45 mins for our food to arrive, my partner´s food was stone cold, not warm, cold! We called to complain and the guy´s suggestions shockingly were: firstly ´put it in the microwave´ then after explaining that we do not own a microwave and should not have to heat up any dish we thought was cooked from fresh, he then suggested that he get the driver to come and collect it, they can then heat it up and re-deliver it!!!!! Absolutely shocking!!! We then said no way, we want a fresh order and we want some money back, his response was ´I am trying to run a business´. After much persuasion and as my boyfriend watched me eat my microwave heated meal he finally got them to agree some recompense and we received the warmed up dish 20 mins later with a small monetary gesture and some fruit punch. I had finished my food by then and my partner´s portion of ackee and saltfish was half the size of the cold one we received. Hardly a good way to make us want to re-order which we certainly will not. There is one thing making a mistake and there is another expecting your customers to correct it. The measure of any business is how they handle it when mistakes are made and most importantly I do not want to eat food that has come out of a microwave! Never again!
