Pros Kashmiri Rice & Veggie Somosa we re good. From there on in, it was ALL BAD. Order came, missing drinks, the sauce had spilled out all over the bag. Refused to accept order. Driver very nice and said that the order was wrong, so he would take it back and get it done again. True to his word, he was back in less than 20 minutes. The bag had a menu for Notting Hill Tandoori (Has Rice & Spice changed the name?). BOTH meals had hair in the food. Vindaloo curry (Meant to be hot, was mild) The drinks were meant to be diet coke. 1 was, the other was a pepsi max.The Peshwari naan, is supposed to have coconut, but had drizzled honey instead. popadoms were waaaaaayyyy to salty. Give the driver 10 out of 10. He was excellent and did his best to fix the problem, but the food was disgusting. Taken photographs to give to council tomorrow. (Showing hairs). Tried to use the chat option on the top right. Said agents busy. Leave message and someone will get back to you. So far, 45 mins later, no call back. :(

Smaller sized potions but there was a lot of chicken in my curry. It didn´t come with any extra´s but the guy was nice and the food was hot and tasted good.

Just loved their chef special green chicken and their garlic naan. I have always been impressed by their delivery time and the food is always hot!

Wait almost 2 hours for delivery and then didn´t get what we ordered. Got given a cheaper meal. Not impressed.

Food not exceptional. Portions smaller than I have had elsewhere, for about same value. Poppadom was exceptionally salty. Order came with complimentary Poppadom and a bottle of lemondae. Would have been good to ask preference. I would have gone for diet Coke. Diabetics would have not been able to drink provided. Staff friendly. Waiting time minimal and food was hot. The food was of a high standard, except Poppadom and Aloo Paratha (Which fell apart and lacked flavour) and full of flavour. The Pathia (Chicken) & Kashmiri Rice were a perfect match and highly recommended. The Lemon & Cashew Nut and Mint(Lamb)-Chefs Special, was also complimented. Food came in foil containers and did need to be re-heated. Worried, given I live 3 streets away. Good first try, but expect better next time. (Yes, there WILL be a next time).

My most recent order... again with good food (chicken bhuna), vert y good rice and good quality nan bread. Fast delivery time and they called with questions on the order... good service, I can´fault it.
