AVOID took an hour and a half to arrive and when it did it was so black (burnt) it had to go straight in the bin!! Without doubt the worse takeaway I have ever recieved.

Has been surprisingly good for the price in the past. Everything was overcooked and lukewarm this time. Dry meat, sickly crab claws, very dry rice, burnt spring rolls. Hopefully a blip as crab claws especially have been great before.

The worst takeaway experience ever. It took them ONE AND HALF HOUR to deliver and I called them twice during that time. I asked 1 hour after ordering, and they say they were still cooking at that time. The Kung Pao chicken is tasteless and rough to eat, and the sauce doesn´t stick or give any flavour at all. I can say it´s the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted, and since myself is Chinese, I´m so embarrassed by eating this so called Chinese food. Please DO NOT EAT from this restaurant! It´s not Chinese food and trust me, if you do it will disappoint you a lot?

Delivery time was good considering the snow however the food was fairly cold and everything tasted of fish! Which was very disappointing considering I can´t stand the taste or smell of fish and resulted in me having to eat something else All in all pretty disappointing

Ordered this takeaway at 5:55pm (approx) and was given a delivery time of 1 hour, however, it didn´t arrive until 8:10pm (approx). I phoned twice between ordering it and it arriving and was told by the woman that it was late because of "traffic", which was highly unlikely that traffic in York would cause a 2 hour plus delivery time! When the driver got here he was very polite and very apologetic and actually gave the real reason for the lateness which was a "mix up" with the order and we were given a £2 refund. The food itself tasted surprisingly nice considering it was stone cold, but I just couldn´t bring myself to rate the food any higher than 2 out of 6 because it was so cold.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! HAVE NOW TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THE PLACE BY PHONE AND NO ANSWER, JUST EAT - IF YOU ARE REPRESENTING THESE PLACES THEN YOU SHARE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH A POOR MEAL. DISGUSTED. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD USING THIS SITE....OUR BIN ENJOYED THE FOOD MORE THAN WE DID!!!!!!

didnt get what i ordered & seems they have changed the amount of beef curry you get ( half a container ) even tho the chicken curry was full :/ never ordering from there again! Even rang up to explain & wasnt helpful at all MASSIVE DISSAPOINTMENT!!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. we ordered our meal and it arrived with 5 things missing. we ordered 6 portions of chips 2 cans and 2 sauces and we only received 1 portion of chips and the sauces and cans. the cans were warm and the chips were cold. they charged us the full amount. when we realised, 2 mins after it came, we called them and they said they would bring us the rest of the order however they turned the phone off straight away and only now, 19 hours later, have we got some omey back, but only the money for the 5 chips we did not get. outrageous. when we got hold of them to get the money back they were extremely rude and uncooperative.

Worst meal ever ordered from a takeaway. The entire meal was cold upon arrival and items were missing. On ringing the restaurant the lady that answered was not very helpful and was refusing to cook new food to send out to us until her driver returned and then she wanted to collect all the cold food up before giving us fresh. Disgusting
