Fantastic meal, this is now going to be the firm favourite for Chinese and especially Thai food. Delivery driver was very friendly and food was hot on arrival. Couldn´t ask for more.

Szechuan honey chilli prawns were fab, and monko(?) lamb v tasty, but rest of the meal a little disappointing - not quality chicken.

First time using this take away, after mixed reviews from friends I am glad I ordered. Delicious, hot on arrival and reasonably priced. Delivery did take longer than advised, but all is forgiven when you taste the food!

Usually rather happy with Sakura but ordered the mixed curry, next to no curry sauce luckily I had ordered an extra one, only 1 king prawn and the dish just looked empty really lol delivery was in good time though

Not sure who I am more disappointed with, Sakura for miserable customer service or JustEat for exactly the same reason. Ordered a delivery just before 830pm, received an email to confirm order. Advised 40 minute wait yet meal did not arrive until just gone 1030pm!!I waited over 2 hrs to receive this meal by which time I had gone to bed, leaving my husband to take recipt of it. This is totally unacceptable. Despite calling several times for an update I recieved a less than satisfactory response. No real apology was made or attempt to call us to advise they were having problems. If they had just explained it would take longer at point of order then we could have made a decision whether to proceed or not. At approx 1020pm I then tried JustEats online help, allegedly available between the hours of 3pm and 11pm. I posted 3 times and still to date failed to receive so much as a courtesy email in return. Having spent some £30 on food, several phone calls to Sakura and 3 ´messages´ to JustEat, having waited 2 hours to eat - is just not acceptable.

The Issue with this company is that if they do not want to deliver the food they will not inform you they will not bother to bring it. We waited a full hour and rang them to find out that they could not be bothered to bring to the food to our home.
