food was greasy and not very nice, half our order was missing and it took them half an hour to come back with it. not worth the money.

The delivery was fine it came quickly, however i can only imagine it came so quickly because noone ever orders from there. the bhuna was very red and smelt awful, the chips were like a half portion, the jalfrezi wasnt anything special at all. i wouldnt advise anyone to have this.

the woman who took my order on the phone nearly hung up without even asking for my address, we live literally across the road and it took well over an hour to arrive and to be perfectly honest the food was vile, my chicken was covered in a horrible powdery tasting paste, my partners masala was bland and cold, the only decent thing was the poppadoms! we threw 99% of the entire meal in the bin, highly dissapointed will never ever order from here again

Food was ok, didn´t bring 2 items from my order, when i phoned was told i would receive a discount or replacement on the next order...nothing was received on next order

it took 2hours+ for this horrible meal to be delivered, the meats! lamb tika was so tough the chicken in the korma and the dansak was like rubber its the worst ive experienced, i expected better from the savoy

I love the complimentary poppadom, onion salad and raita dip. Excellent food, good sized portions.

Food tasted good, but it came at a price - to be paid in patience. My partner and I ordered our food and waited outside the premises (where we were staying on holiday,) after the 45 minute estimated delivery time had elapsed, anxiously awaiting our dinner, only to find ourselves waiting a further 30 minutes before calling the restaurant. They reassured us that the delivery man was only 5 minutes away, but after another 20 minutes had elapsed I received a phone call from the delivery man himself, to ask exactly where we were, as he couldn´t find us - which, we quickly ascertained, was because the restaurant had sent him to the wrong street in the wrong town, and once we told him our location he set off on a 20 minute journey to get our food to us. After a total of 1 hour 5 minutes waiting outside in the cold and wet - almost 2 hours after we´d originally made our order - we finally got our food. As a result, the food wasn´t particularly hot, but the delivery person had done well to keep it as warm as he had in that time. Once we´d reheated the food and tasted it, it was tasty, but if Im honest, not on par with the nicer indian takeaways ive had. Overall, the quality of food was good, but service and delivery time was completely lacking and, frankly, unacceptable.
