takes too long to deliver the meal

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Even though the delivery was on time, I have still rated it low as the overall service was so poor. FOR YEARS I have been ordering from this restaurant on Just-Eat. I always order BBQ Ribs, and when you select it on the menu it says dry or with sauce. When I select with sauce (wanting BBQ sauce), then I am given options as to which sauce I want. However there´s never been an option for BBQ sauce. I called them some time ago to explain they need to update just eat with this and I was told to just select Schezuan sauce. Now, for years I have always selected Schezuan sauce, knowing that it gets me BBQ sauce. I last ordered two weeks ago (7th March) and this was what I did, and I got BBQ sauce. Tonight I made my usual order, the restaurant called me quite quickly to say that there´s a problem with just eat and I should have been charged £1.20 for Schezuan sauce! I say, hang on, I want BBQ but there´s no option for BBQ sauce, I always do it this way, every few weeks for years. So I confirmed I wanted BBQ sauce and that yet again they need to update just-eat website so this order is easier. I mean for goodness sake how difficult can it be ordering BBQ spare ribs and BBQ sauce!!!!!! So thinking that the woman on the other end of the phone understood that it was bbq sauce I wanted I go off the phone. The order arrives, the ribs get poured out on to my chips as usual. I then try and chip and realise that the sauce is horrible! It was bloody schezuan not bbq (looks similar colour so didn´t know until I tasted it!). I called the restaurant and explained that the order was wrong. The woman immediately gets very defensive and argumentative and starts raising her voice to me saying that I got it wrong. Then she said just eat got it wrong. Then I hear her go off and start shouting back and forward to her ´boss´ and she comes back to say that they can send more ribs. I also explained that my chips were ruined too then she started shouting at me again saying that if i want more chips i have to pay for them!!! OMG where does this person come from!!!!!!!! I don´t think I´ve experienced such shockingly bad service in my 28 years of life! So I shout back and hang up (after she says ´whatever, do you want it or not?!). So I paid for ribs which are ruined, chips which are ruined. I DEMAND A REFUND AND WILL NEVER USE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. Service is an absolute priority nowadays, these people need some serious training. Going by some other reviews I´ve just read about them on just eat - it seems im not the only one complaining about how poor they are now. They need to be taken off of just-eat.
