Shah Noor Indian Restaurant

We stopped going here a few months back after the portion sizes and meat got ridic. Decided last night to give them one more chance as it used to be our fave indian, and glad we did. I wrote in the ´note´ section of my order for them NOT to forget anything and to give us full portions, and they did. It was gorgeous, so we will be using them from now on again. :)

Our first order with Shah Noor was pretty good, which is why we ordered from them again. But you are only as good as your last take away and todays was really disappointing. The naan was dry, the onion bhaji was without sauce and so dry, and the lamb very chewing.

Order confirmed on just eat at about 7.30 eta 8.35 at 8.55 still no sign of the food. Called to check when the food was arriving was told by the person on the phone ´the chefs still cookin innit´ then asked what TIME the food will arrive and was told ´it´l be there in a bit innit´ I then said if a time couldnt be specified I no longer wanted the food. long story short the manager was put onto the phone and said it was my fault or just eats fault the food hadnt arrived as the order had only just been picked up. He then said i´ll be there in ten minutes. He was very rude to me luckily my boyfriend was there. Had I been on my own I would have felt EXTREMELY threatend by his in-appropriate behaviour. Its a shame as the food was alright. However its not worth the aggravation.
