the curry was very good for the price, the rice was nice but the chips were not to the same level of quality

A victim of their own popularity: it took 2hrs15 to get my food tonight, and that was with me giving up on delivery, going to fetch it myself and half an hour stood in the shop while they cooked it! Shaslik used to be ultra-fast delivery, with amazing food. Well the quality of food is still unbeatable, but delivery time is suffering badly. I will order again - by phone, for collection - never again online though.

waited hour and half for food, phoned up after an hour said he was 2 mins away (this take away is on the corner of my road!!), phoned up 20 mins later and he was just leaving! will never use again !!

Waited an 1.5hrs for the curry. When it eventually arrived the rice was missing. After a 5min debate they conceded they were at fault and dispatched some. This arrived 20mins later. Unfortunately, it was the wrong type of rice and the curry was not vindaloo hot as requested. The chef stated that the curry should be medium hot so that how he did it ´as he is the chef´. Horrific customer service let down what was ok food. Will NEVER use again. Avoid!
