Delivery time was less than great. It was meant to be approx 45mins but actually took 1hr & 2mins. Also, I requested a Cherry Coke but was given a normal Coke without explanation. Food quality was quite good apart from the chips which were rather darker than normal.

Garlic bread- burnt. Cheese in the jalapeno cream cheese had clearly gone off. Took an hour and a half to deliver on a thurs evening. Usually the service is at least acceptable, but this time was just awful.

Food was very good quality. However, part of the order was missing (chicken wings) and it took 1 hour and 25 minute to arrive and they´re only down the road.

Used to be good but for some reason is now terrible. The last time i ordered an hour and 30mins passed and i received no food, when i called them i was told that they did not receive my order. After explaining to them how just-eat works and that they have to actually respond to my order for it to be confirmed i was then told they had run out of what i wanted. This evening i decided to give them another chance, its now not far off 2hrs and it is only just leaving the shop. NEVER USING AGAIN AND STORES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM JUST EAT!!!

One word sums it up, Disgusting!!! I would never order from here again. The chips were last night´s unsold chips refried, hot piri piri chicken wrap was about as hot as mayonnaise and the chicken undercooked. My daughter advises that the fried chicken was also inedible. We binned the lot, only the sweetcorn was ok. The only reason we ordered from here was because of the milkshake, the delivery driver turned up minus the milkshake insisting that I take a bottle of tango instead. I refused to accept the tango and requested a refund, the delivery driver claimed not to have £1.75 on him and he didn´t know when or whether he´ll be back with the change. I want a refund for that milshake, it´s not up to them to expect me to take a bottle of Tango as a replacement, there´s no comparison. He claimed that he had been calling me, said my phone was going straight to voicemail, I advised him that I don´t actually have voicemail and that my phone has been with me all the time. My daughter insisted that he try again and what do you know, my phone rang. Order from here at your own peril, you have been warned!!!
