absolutely a joke! ordered food on here, payed for through debit card - i had to ring these guys up - all i got was "were closed luv" even though it says open till 11:30 and i had paid for my order already- i explained all this to them and had the phone hung up on me. i then talk to just eat and they tell me that order has been cancelled and it will take 3-5 working days to get the money back for the food i ordered that never came - GREAT

The food arrived an hour and a half after the estimated delivery time, the food was cold and the delivery guy did not even apologise for being late. They didn´t even give us the correct order. We will not be eating here again.

I can really comments seeing as though it did not turn up!!! I am absolutely fuming, we ordered takeaway as my boyfriends parents are coming and needed to sort the house and eat before they arrived we thought this would be easier. The confirmation message advised the food would be here at 18:15 at 18:45 there was no sign of anything so I called to be told I did not place an order!!! I have the confirmation to prove it - very unimpressed no time to go elsewhere so my boyfriend is now having a bowl of cereal whilst I go hungry!!!

Terrible. lamb rogan josh, just oil/grease for £6.00, rice inedible-£2.50 southern fried chicken overcooked and hard, chips rubbery-£6.90 When I tried to make a complain customer service was awful! Very dissapointed

I ordered a kebab and I know they are usually pretty good from this place, but ordering online is not the way forward for Sizzlers. It was literally naan bread and kebab meat, no sauce and no salad and I was never given the option. Perhaps they could call the person whose ordered when it comes to options like this.
