Suruchi EH8

Excellent food, but they weren´t able to deliver as their delivery driver was off sick and this was not mentioned on the website - in the end I had to choose between collecting and waiting an extra hour and a half.

Thoroughly disappointed with the service given tonight by Suruchi. Firstly, after placing my order and receiving an order number, the order did not arrive on time and upon calling the restaurant to check the status, they told me that they had never received it. They retook my order over the phone and promised to deliver asap. Which leads me to my second problem: 45 minutes after calling to check on my order (1 hour and 45 minutes after the initial order!)my order was delivered, incomplete! They had forgotten my drink and when I called to complain about this, I was told that they couldn´t redeliver and that I would get the money back with my next order. Given the shoddy service, I will never use Suruchi again so I believe I´ll never see that money ever again. One final plus, however. My prawn biriyani was delicious but not worth the long wait!
