Try one of their Balti Dishes. Balti is a style of cooking originating from Baltistan which is situated in the Himalayan region of Kashmir. Tender pieces of chicken, lamb, vegetable or prawn are marinated in a spiced sauce and cooked with freshly chopped onion in a special balti sauce.
