The original delivery time was within the given estimate (1hr) but part of the order was missing. When we phoned to complain they didn´t apologise and said they would resend within 10 minutes. The missing part left one of us hungry and took more than 20 mins to arrive, at which point the delivery man just handed them over and left without an apology again.

Lovely meal as always,but for some reason was given a balti which was more of a lahore than the nawabi that I´d ordered (no minced meat and no tikka meat,and normal balti sauce).Rest of the meal was lovely,especially the huge pieces of lamb in my partners balti. Hopefully just a one off as this is my favourite indian delivery

terrible service, terrible food and terrible delivery time...2 hours. It is cheaper than most but it goes to show you do pay for what you get and dont be fooled into ordering from them with their cheap 50p delivery charge.

Always ordered from here in past, great food but the last time it was over an hour late and this time it was an hour late and cold so I won´t be using again!!! There was a flyer inside bag highlighting their own website with discounts so perhaps these customers are getting priority as Masala Express make more money on direct orders?!
