They ask you, as they ask all their customers; if you are pleased with their service, don't forget to tell your friends. You will notice that every dish is a separate item. This is because everyone has different tastes & needs. They want you, the customer, to choose your own accompanying dish. In this way they know that you will not be disappointed. Should you not find a dish that pleases you, please feel free to talk to their chef who will do everything possible to accommodate your tastes. Food is to be enjoyed, they feel that it has to be the very best available. The preparation & the cooking of good food is their job, doing it well is their pleasure. In order that they maintain their very high standards the management reserve the right to refuse to serve anybody without giving reason.
