They use the freshest & best quality ingredients to ensure the highest quality food- and all their Sushi is freshly made in front of you, where as the hot dishes are skillfully prepared by their dedicated kitchen chefs. Many may find the concept of the sushi cafe slightly daunting before their first visit but their friendly staff are on hand to assist you and they promise that it couldn`t be simpler. Tokyo Jo Cafe is a life style brand without attitude or snobbery, there are no rules to eating in the restaurant & no Japanese etiquette to follow, feel free to use your hands for Sushi, it is after all finger food & don`t worry we have knives & forks on offer too! The food took 2 hours to arrive, when I opened the bag the order was wrong and some items were missing. When I phoned to complain, we were offered a free delivery of the same order for a couple of days later as an apology, but it never showed up. Will definitely avoid in the future, even if the food was good
