Terrible company "had to call me to confirm online order" what is the point of online ordering then???? Waited 1hr 30 mins before phoning and being told have to wait and hour for the order on top. They had my details Terrible Terrible service

I ordered and paid for two portions of rice and only one was delivered. I asked for no peas to be in the egg fried rice and this had peas in and prawns! The delivery was 15 mins late and no apology Very disappointing for a well established place such as this. Surely £4 is a bit high too!

My rice was not included, which meant after paying £25 I had to eat a main without any rice. The main was sweet and sour dish which really needs rice. It was horrible. I have been a customer of Top Wok for many years and I find this insulting. I suggested that £10 off my next order would be a fair compensation because my meal was ruined, but this wasn´t agreed to because the restaurant said they were ´unsure whether or not the driver had packed the rice´, ie, the were unsure whether I had recived the rice or not. So I am a liar! I´m really disappointed and I won´t be using Top Wok ever again. Shocking service and insulting at the same time. Very sad.

it was over 1 hour and 15 mins from when i ordered said it would only be 45 mins they rang to ask if i wanted to pay by card before they left the shop even though online it asks anyway..food was cold and not very nice wont be using here AGAIN
