Didn´t even deliver my food, then said they had no record of it!! Not good enough!!!!

I ordered my take away at 6pm, as did my flat mate. My flat mates order arrived at the correct time of 6.30pm, however, mine never showed at this time. I rang them at 7pm and I was told that they had been outside and that they had tried to ring me and that my phone was off, it wasn´t. They then told me they would send me a "new one" out and that it would arrive in twenty minutes, however, it didnt arrive for another 45 minutes. Also, my "luxury" coleslaw was not there.
