The portions are too small for currys although it can be nice, sometimes the lamb isn´t tender.

Overall very poor service, spent quite a lot of money for the order to be wrong. Restaurant didn´t care that the only sent 1 meal and refused to compensate. I had one hot meal and one cold. Just-Eat were not very helpful with the matter either!

It wasn´t good as it usually is. I ordered 2 portions of spicy onions and poppadoms, I only received the 1. The korma was not up to expectations. I am very disappointed as I order from The village all the time and tonight was it´s worst!

The faulty Towers of take away........ I have used the village for 5 years, the food is great but the service and delivery time is appalling, i would go so far to say horrific, hence the reason i will not be back. An hour and a half for delivery time and 3 phone calls and part of the order was wrong, this is a typical of the service you should expect from the Village. The first call advised the delivery had left, the second advised also it had left and on the 3rd call i was told it only left after the 2nd call. When the order was wrong i was given various excuses about preparation time, being busy (at 9pm on a sunday night?) and only having one delivery driver. The village is by no means a cheap take away and the service is horrific, the manager was unsympathetic and only able to refund the meal that was wrong, even after the numerous calls and unacceptable delivery time. My advice is to think twice about ordering home delivery from the village, it is always invariably wrong and takes in excess of an hour to be delivered. Such a shame....

Ok ordered burgers with 2 drinks the guy forgot the drinks so called and they said they would send him back. But he never came back also the burgers were very hard. AND i will never order from here again

Quality of food is really good - but the meal is let down by the tiny portions. Consistently - the rice comes in a standard foil tray thats half full. Mushroom pakora - you get 8 mushrooms!! There is a bit of ghee floating on the top - but I believe this does add to the flavour. Taste of food is amazing tho.
