Villa Toscana

Food had not turned up after an hour and a half so I rang to chase it up. I was told it had been sent out half an hour before that and that they would call the delivery guy to see what had happened and would call me back in 2 mins. After 10 mins with no call back I rang again and was told that the delivery man had mixed up the addresses and didn´t have the correct phone number for me. I was advised that he was now on the way to the correct address with freshly cooked food. I then received a call from the delivery man asking for my flat number and it turned out he had been sitting outside in a car that had been parked there for about half an hour, had gone away and back a couple of times and eventually came back once the restaurant had contacted him. He had to ask me to confirm the flat number even though it was on the order. He arrived with the food which was not fresh as the restaurant had said - it was not at least an hour since they had prepared it so the pizzas were cold and dry. Awful service, was lied to on the phone and bad quality due to the time taken to deliver

Prompt delivery. Food was good although could have been warmer. Good value for money.
