Terrible chicken. It was pink and stringy (but in a tender way, which made it worse). We had three different chicken dishes and Chicken-Corn soup. All had the same substandard meat. We weren´t sure what it took to get it like that. It was cooked, but terrible. Won´t be ordering from here ever again. So that the 1 star Quality rating. Phoned to let them know that the food was bad, we were told to call Reading Council of all things. We explained we didn´t want a refund just to warn them that the current batch of chicken was substandard. We were told that happens sometime and the manager wasn´t sure why it happened but that he hadn´t got sick yet. Very scary response. Hence the 2 star score for Service. Delivery was average. Won´t be ordered ever again. :(
