The worst thing was the delivery time. I ordered at 8pm. It arrived at 10.30! Shocking. I was so hungry when it turned up I would have eaten anything. Its a shame becuse this is quite local to me and the first time, and last I might add that we have used them. The food was adequate but nothing special. Oh and the prawn crackers were chewy, they had clearly been sat somewhere for too long. Final point which may have been rectified, the direct contact details of this provider were wrong. wont be using Wongs or recommending them to anyone.

Waited 3 hours for food! Called 4 times & was told that order was on it´s way !!!!! Ordered food at just after 6pm (as have 4 kids wanting food) food arrived at 9pm! Not sorry for Wongs were just told that they were busy! Rubbish service - food ok - had better - but as waited 3hours will not go back!
