The British Takeaway Awards is back, recognising and rewarding the nation’s favourite takeaways once again.

Whether you’re a weekend takeaway regular, or just an occasional ‘treat yourself-er’, you’re the experts on the most delicious restaurants in your area. So we want to hear from you.

Cast your vote in the British Takeaway Awards 2018 and you’ll be in with a chance to win yourself £1,000.  Plus, you’ll get the chance to reward the wizards of the wok, chipper chippys, and curry conjurers that never fail to delight your taste buds.

Alongside the public regional vote, there are three Best in Britain awards. Nominees for these will cook for a panel of judges, which includes businesswoman and former Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham, and have a mystery shopper visit their restaurant.

For the Best Delivery Driver in Britain and Best Takeaway Chef in Britain, the judging panel are looking for remarkable individuals who always go the extra mile for customers, championing innovation and quality, or making a difference for the local community.

The Event

Finalists will be announced on 28 September and will be invited to London’s world famous Savoy Hotel for a glamorous awards ceremony. Excited? You should be. Check out the highlights from last year’s event in the video below.
