We’re excited to announce that we’re the official online takeaway partner for this year’s Manchester Food and Drink Festival.
Taking place between 28 September and 9 October, the festival is the largest gathering of foodies (and drinkies) in the UK, taking over Manchester’s City Centre with a huge programme of events to enjoy and food to eat.
Over the years, the festival has drawn many famous names in food, from Nadiya Hussain, and Jamie Oliver, to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Gordon Ramsay. So, this year we’re getting our Restaurant Partners involved too.
What are we doing?
We’ll be transforming Albert Square into our very own Just Eat Street Kitchen, bringing street food stalls from some of our highest rated Restaurant Partners to the heart of Manchester.
From 28 September, Albert Square will host the Mediterranean delights of Naasouk and The Pasta Project, deliciously healthy dishes from Strip Health Cafe, authentic sushi from Oishi-Q and royal sweets from Kings Treats. What are you going to try first?
On 2 October, we’ll be running a Student Supper Club, served up by Indique, one our top Indian Restaurants with entertainment from some very special guests.
Entry to both of these events is free, but students will need to register for Student Supper Club as spaces are limited.
The festival culminates with The Manchester Food and Drink Festival Gala Dinner and Awards 2017, where we’ll be sponsoring the Affordable Eats Venue Of The Year Award.
So, come visit us at the Just Eat Street Kitchen between 28 September and 8 October. Let’s taste the very best of Manchester’s food scene together.
