Ultimate Match - Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions are applicable to the campaign Ultimate Match (“Campaign”), organised by Takeaway.com Central Core B.V., with registered office at Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM Amsterdam (“Just Eat Takeaway.com” or “JET”).
General
- By participating in the Campaign you, hereinafter also referred to as “Participant”, declare to agree with these terms and conditions.
- The Campaign (“Promotion”) will start on 13/06/2024 at 00:01 hrs and will end on 14/07/2024 at 23:59 hrs (the “Campaign Period”).
- Participants that act in violation of these terms & conditions will be excluded from participation in the Campaign.
The Campaign
- The Campaign, which consists of a ”game of chance” , is enrolled on Just Eat (“Platform”) in The UK.
- The campaign mechanic is the following;
- Instant chance to win, where participants are invited to play and are linked to the dedicated game page where they can win a prize if the game presents two matching cards. Participants will receive an instant message telling them if they have won a prize or not.
- To take part in the Campaign, Participants should:
- Place a successful and completed order via the Platform with a minimum order value of £5 during the Campaign Period;
- Subscribe to receiving Campaign related and other marketing emails from the Promoter.
- Make sure participants are subscribed to our marketing communications to receive discounts, loyalty offers and other updates on the check-out page of your order;
- Participants can click on the invitation to play in the email or push to linked to a dedicated game page hosted by our gaming partner Playable. (Please note that it could take up the 24 hours from the delivery of the order to receive the participation email)
- Tick the T&Cs & the privacy statement on the game page and have a chance to win if the game presents two matching cards with the same image.
- Participants who have fulfilled all conditions specified in Clause 2.c. can win one of the prizes specified below in Clause 6.
- Participants are able to participate in the Campaign at most twice during every 24 hour period.
- No communication costs are charged by JET for participating in the Campaign.
- JET may have to suspend the campaign as a result of an order from the authorities, or due to events beyond its control, in any case without prejudice to prizes already won, which will still be awarded.
Participants
- In order to participate, you need to be a resident of The UK.
- The Campaign is not open to employees of JET, of JET’s group companies, or of third parties JET engages for the execution of this Campaign, or in each case their immediate family members.
- A minimum age of 18 years is required for participation in the Campaign.
- JET retains the right to block issuance of the vouchers (if available among the prizes) in case of fraud or misuse.
- JET may refuse or exclude Participants in its sole discretion, without giving a reason and without being liable for any damage of the Participant.

Just Eat voucher:
This voucher has a value of £3 and can be redeemed by inserting it at the checkout page on Just Eat in the iOS app, Android app or Windows app. The remaining amount must be paid with one of the available online payment methods. The voucher code is valid for a single use. Minimum order amount is £10 . Voucher cannot be redeemed on Grocery orders. Vouchers cannot be refunded or converted into money and cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discounts. Just Eat retains the right to cancel any usage of the voucher in case of fraud or abuse. The conditions of the individual restaurant apply to the redemption of the voucher.Subway® voucher:

AMALFI COAST - Prize package for 4 adults includes:

Privacy
- JET’s privacy statement https://www.just-eat.co.uk/info/privacy-policy and the General Data Protection Regulation apply to the personal information shared by Participants in connection to this Campaign.
Liability
- You acknowledge that participation in the Campaign is at your own risk.
- JET takes great care in organising the Campaign, but the possibility that information presented regarding the Campaign is incomplete or incorrect cannot be entirely ruled out. Inaccuracies, spelling mistakes or comparable mistakes on the Campaign’s website or other Campaign materials published by JET of whatever nature, cannot be held against JET or cause any obligation for JET.
- Nothing in these Campaign terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of JET for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- JET and third parties engaged by JET, are not liable for failures in network, hardware or software by social media channels that cause data to be delayed or lost.
Fraud
- JET retains the right to investigate the participation in the Campaign for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may comprise that JET at its own discretion cancels an eligible order. Campaign entries earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these terms and conditions will be null and void.

- These Campaign terms and conditions will not be changed by JET during the term of the Campaign.
- Although the Promotion may be featured on or promoted using Facebook, Tiktok Instagram, & Twitter, the Promotion is run by JET and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, & Twitter and you agree that Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, & Twitter are not liable in any way. By participating in the Promotion, you are providing your information to JET and not to Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, & Twitter.
- Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from this campaign or these conditions will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
- Any gambling taxes due in respect of this Campaign and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize are for the account of JET.
- Any taxes (other than gambling taxes) due in respect of this Campaign is for the account of the winner.
- A winner should consult their own (tax) advisors regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize, as specific prizes may need to be declared to the local (tax) authorities.
