Sign up for updates at checkout or in the preference centre, and you’ll receive an invitation to play after you’ve enjoyed your order.

Frequently asked questions
How can I participate?
Every order you place over £5 is an entry to participate. Make sure to opt-in to our email newsletter to receive an invitation to play. After receiving an invitation to play, you have 72 hours to participate.
Can I enter the competition more than once?
Yes, every order you make is another entry to participate. However, there is a limit of two entries within any 24 hour period.
Can I enter the competition if I am not a resident of the United Kingdom?
No. Unfortunately, the competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom?
Can I participate if I am an employee of Just Eat?
No. Unfortunately, employees, executive directors, partners and immediate relatives of employees of Just Eat can’t enter.
Can I still play if I cancelled my order?
No, cancelling your order will invalidate your invitation to play. You can still play if you place and complete a future order.
If my order gets cancelled by the restaurant, can I still participate?
Unfortunately, even if you don’t cancel the order, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a complete order are eligible to play.
What happens if I order, but forgot to sign up for the email newsletter?
To enter the competition, you must sign up in the preference centre or during the checkout process to be sent their invitation to play and to receive Just Eat updates and discounts.
Why haven’t I received my invitation to play email?
First, check if you are subscribed to our email newsletter. If you are, then please check your spam box.
What happens if I win?
After playing, we’ll let you know immediately whether you’ve won and notify you by email or via our Customer Service team.
Am I responsible for paying tax on the prize?
No, Just Eat will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. You should consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.
What happens if I don’t want the prize?
For any unwanted prizes, simply don’t redeem and it will eventually be nullified.
Can I choose where I stay?
Accommodation is based on four adults sharing a two-bedroom apartment; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion.
Can I select my flights?
Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available.
What is included in this holiday prize?
Return flights from major internation airports in London to Naples, including taxes, fees and one item of hand luggage per person; Car rental for trip duration, with pick-up and drop-off at Naples airport, 4 nights’ private accommodation in Sorrento, based on sharing a two-bedroom apartment; £500 spending money and Travel insurance.
Are there any dates block out dates?
The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 2nd January (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday.
How long do I have to redeem the prize?
The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame.
Where can the smart phone be delivered to?
Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only
Can I transfer the prize or exchange the prize for cash?
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available.
How long will it take for my prize to be delivered?
Prizes will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days; Unforeseen delays may occur due to product supply-chain issues.
How will the money go into my account?
Payment will be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque to the winner’s nominated account within 14 days of winner notification. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct bank details to prize provider.
How long will it take for the money to go into my account?
From the point of transfer, funds will arrive in your account within 2-3 days.
