All 30 dishes included were curated with the expertise of Syed Pasha and Syed Belal Ahmed of Currylifemagazine.com and were chosen based on their popularity and availability within the UK. The individual dishes position within the interactive were plotted with special consideration to their key taste attributes in relation to the other dishes.

Sales data was taken from all of the curry dishes ordered via Just Eat between September, 2016 and September, 2017. Keywords included in the curry names and alternate spelling variants were identified and grouped together.
