Android Pay Cashback Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this “Promotion”, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the Promoter and Android Pay contacting you about the Promotion.
  2. Subject to clause 8, the Promotion will run from 00:01 (BST) [19] July 2017 until 23:59 (BST) [08] August 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

  1. You must be aged 18 or over to enter the Promotion.
  2. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom in order to enter the Promotion.
  3. You may not enter this Promotion if you are an employee of Just Eat.co.uk Ltd, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the Promotion.
  4. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must:
    - not have previously ordered through the JUSTEAT.co.uk mobile application (“App”) using Android Pay; and
    - as your first order using Android Pay through the App, purchase a minimum £5 order using Android Pay, (a “Qualifying Payment”).
  5. When you make a Qualifying Payment during the Promotion Period you will, subject to clause 8, receive a £5 cashback.
  6. There is a fixed number of 30,000 £5 cashback refunds on offer i.e. £150,000 (the “Refund Number”). These will be given to users on first-come-first-served basis. Once the Refund Number has been depleted/ redeemed, which shall be solely determined by the Promoter, the £5 cashback refunds will not be available and the Promoter shall not refund £5 or any other sums to you even if you have completed a JUST EAT order during the Period. Whilst the Promoter has taken care to make a reasonable estimate of the likely user response to the Promotion and the number of cashbacks to give away, it reserves the right to end the Promotion Period early if the user response is unexpectedly high and all cashbacks are redeemed before the end of the Promotion Period.
  7. Any cashback you earn will be paid into the card you used for the Android Pay transaction and will be confirmed within 7 days of your order. It will then take 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank account (or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer).
  8. If your Android Pay order has been refunded or partially refunded, and the order value after the refund is below £5, you are no longer eligible for the cashback promotion on this order.
  9. The promotion is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Just Eat.co.uk Ltd, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition.
  10. Android Pay is available on NFC-enabled Android devices running KitKat® 4.4+. The latest version of Android Pay is available from the Play store. Android Pay works with major credit and debit cards from these banks. Your use of Android Pay is governed by the terms and conditions here.
  11. The promoter is Just Eat.co.uk Limited, Imperial Place (IP4), 3rd Floor, Maxwell Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1JN. The promotion is run by Just Eat and is sponsored by Google Ireland Limited.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, change or replace the Promotion due to any reason outside of its reasonable control.
  13. The Promoter may stop you from participating in this Promotion or stop you from claiming a cashback if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these terms or the spirit of the Promotion, or are abusing the Promotion in any way.
  14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your entry to the Promotion or the enjoyment of your cashback.
  15. Just Eat’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
