This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we, Just Eat.co.uk Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “Just Eat”), offer the customer programme Just Eat+ (Previously “Just Eat+ Premium”) which gives purchasers free delivery for a defined period (dependent on the duration of the pass you buy) for use on eligible orders at participating partners on the Just Eat website and app (together the “Platform”) in the UK (“Just Eat+”) on the terms set out below (the “Just Eat+ Terms”).

These Just Eat+ Terms govern Just Eat+, including Just Eat’s relationship with purchasers of Just Eat+ (“you” or “your”), and how you manage your accounts.

Processing of personal information under these Just Eat+ Terms are subject to Just Eat’s Privacy Policy and collectively consist of the following parts:

  1. The terms of use for Just Eat+ (the “Terms of Use”); and
  2. The terms relating to how Just Eat+ works and the different rewards and offers from Just Eat offered exclusively as part of Just Eat+ and selected third party brand partners (“Just Eat+ Terms and Third Party Exclusive Partnerships”)

    Part 1 - Terms of Use

  1. These Terms of Use set out how you may use Just Eat+. By accessing and using Just Eat+ you are deemed to accept these Terms (and the standard Just Eat Website Terms and Conditions) and confirm that you accept and agree to comply with them. Please read them carefully and if you do not accept them, please do not purchase or use Just Eat+.
  2. New services: Just Eat+ is continually evolving. We reserve the right to enable new features and functionality at any time and you agree that we may make available, provision and/or deploy the same or similar at any time in accordance with these terms, and/or any special terms as updated to you.
  3. Just Eat reserves the right to amend or cancel either all or part of Just Eat+ in accordance with the notice and termination rights set out in its general Website Terms and Conditions, and at its sole discretion.

    4. Part 2 - Just Eat+ Terms

  4. Just Eat+ provides you with a £0 delivery fee on orders placed at participating Partners for the duration of the plan from the day of purchase, subject to a minimum spend of at least £15 (before associated taxes, tips, and fees are applied). Such minimum order value may vary depending on the Partner selected, but will always be shown to you before placing your order on the platform. Participating partners may change at any time.
  5. Certain partners may be subject to additional delivery fees and restrictions. If this is applicable the additional fees will be shown to you before placing your order on the platform.
  6. Service charges and other charges may still apply to an order. Such costs will always be shown before you complete and pay for an order.
  7. Just Eat+ cannot be used on cash orders.
  8. Just Eat+ is subject to delivery availability.
  9. JET Pay cannot be used to purchase access to Just Eat+.
  10. Just Eat+ is intended for personal use only and will be subject to a fair use policy (whilst you can order as many times as you like we need to make sure unusual burdens are not being placed on the free delivery offering by ordering more than would be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use). Just Eat+ cannot be used for commercial purposes by resellers or other third parties.
  11. Additional promotional benefits, offers and rewards may additionally be made available from time to time, subject to any additional terms published alongside those offers or rewards.
  12. You have 14 days to cancel Just Eat+ which starts the day after purchase. You can request a cancellation by logging into your account and requesting to cancel Just Eat+, following which you will no longer receive Just Eat+. If you used Just Eat+ e.g. you have benefitted from free delivery on orders during the cooling off period we will reduce your refund to reflect the services provided during the cooling off period. We will provide any refund due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you've changed your mind. We will refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
  13. We reserve the right to end Just Eat+ at any time without a refund if we find that you are acting in breach of our fair use policy as set out in paragraph 10 (above). Or are in breach of Just Eat’s Website Terms and Conditions.

Third party exclusive partnerships

  1. From time to time, Just Eat may partner with third party partners to offer additional, exclusive benefits to customers of those partners. We reserve the right to amend or reserve these terms from time to time on reasonable notice to you.
