Goan cuisine reflects the combination of Portuguese and native cultures. Located along India’s west coast, goan food is dominated by spices and flavours. Most of the dishes incorporates local ingredients like coconut, kokum, curry leaves, mango, tamarind, red chillies, cashews and palm vinegar.
