All of our chutneys and relishes are homemade, using both local and exotic ingredients, a traditional mum’s recipe. All of our meat is British while all our sea food is from sustainable sources. All of our dishes are made using the best quality ingredients and are free from artificial food colouring and preservatives.

Goan cuisine reflects the combination of Portuguese and native cultures. Located along India’s west coast, goan food is dominated by spices and flavours. Most of the dishes incorporates local ingredients like coconut, kokum, curry leaves, mango, tamarind, red chillies, cashews and palm vinegar.
