The name on the ID matches the name on the order receipt.

The customer is over 18 years old.

The customer does not appear to be drunk. If the customer is drunk, underage or does not have a valid, approved ID matching the name on the order, driver must not hand over the alcohol. Food items in the order can still be delivered as usual. The customer should be told to contact store for a refund.
