order with these all the time. have to say never again. food was freezing. made out they have been waiting for me to answer, me out of 12/ neighbours never heard the gate. neither a phone call or message on the app. also. expected delivery time was 20 past good arrived at 25 past. wasn't possible to deliver any quicker less speading so clearly wasn't waiting. I spoke with the company as I thought it wa sa loyal customer and could sort this before I placed the next order. the sware words and al

Thank you so much, Jem! for sharing experience with us. we genuinely appreciate your feedback and apologize for the issue with us, however we delivered the food in right time . when the driver was there he tried to call you and marios himself call you 3 time you did not answer the phone. still driver wait there extra 20 mints. In addition, Food had delivered about 5: 25. and you rang us back and asked about food at 00: 27 . why 6 hours late. If you still have any more queries. you can give us a call or visit us.

2 hours 10 minutes order was hour an half late. No partial refund or free food. Apparently crashed on the way so had to redo. Regular customer and no loyalty
