Thursday 05 September 2024on line it stated a time of 15 to 30mins, it actually took over 2.5 hours.

Unfortunately, Just Eat can be slow at assigning riders to collect and deliver your order. We hope that you understand and give us another chance to serve you in the future. As you ordered through Just Eat, we do not have any control over the delivery of your food. If the order never arrived, we suggest that you contact Just Eat support to potentially get a full refund. I hope we can serve you again in the future. We will work with Just Eat to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
