the time o. the app kept changing, driver turned off location and took 15 while stopping at peri peri tavistock road which was 5 minutes from me but took 20 minutes, the food was cold. I am not happy, when I asked the driver and showed him the screen shot he asked for the code and walked off rudely, after I said I would report him

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience,unfortunately the drivers are from just eat so we have no control over their actions . However, if this happens again just call the restaurant number and we will try to rectify the situation. If you have any further complaints you have to contact just eat and the drivers and hopefully this does not reflect badly on our restaurant .
