No coleslaw was sent and I phoned to ask for it, in the most bizarre phone call I’ve ever had. Person on other end barely talking and just replied yes when I asked can it be sent out. Some customer service skills - apologise for this and offer to resend it out, don’t wait for the customer to have to ask 🙄 The food was lovely except for this. By the time the coleslaw was sent, the food was finished, so can’t comment on that
