    The food was great but for the THIRD time, part of my order was missing. Last time they forgot I was told to call to remind them and this time I tried calling after I ordered but after 4 attempts with no answer, I gave up.

    My order never arrived even though it said delivered, i asked for an update through the app as no answer by phone. I was given a new delivery time which also passed but said order was delivered. Again no answer by phone and no updates.

    Hi Felicity, I have checked the gps of the driver and they dropped off the food with you, we apologise it was late as we were so busy, we did try to call to inform you but it was going straight to voicemail. We hope you did enjoy the food when it arrived again we apologise for the lateness, if you could amend your review it would be appreciated xx

    They kindly rang and said it'd be late by 15 minutes. I ordered at 5.20 and it was delivered at 8, but I had said no rush. Two drinks were missing and the food I got was really poor.This was disappointing because I've previously had very good food here.
