Despite asking for my chips to be cooked crisper I received cold soggy chips along with cold kebab meat. It's not the first time that I've asked for the chips to be cooked crisper either. Last order no chips were delivered so had to ring them and they sent them out later. Seems like the added notes are not being read.

always enjoy my food from here. although got the wrong meat in my kebab this time. love the Turkish bread and the salad is always great.

Everthing is fine except no sauce every time. What's the point of having an option on the page for sauce if they never give you any sauce.
