The wrap was completely soaked from the sauce or maybe from being in a plastic bag? Luckily what my partner ordered had 2 pittas so I used one of his and had to empty the inside out as the wrap itself was inedible shame as the chicken halloumi and salad was very nice.

Bought from ali baba before for my family so thought it would be a good restaurant to go with again. But unfortunately did not live up to expectations bought the family platter which says 7 pc ribs maybe they forgot to put it in as ther wer non. Top part of the platter was already getting cold although bottom was nice and warm and tasted good but the description didnt match what was given. I bought ben and jerry which didnt come instead thy gave extra bottle of pepsi and a small cake piece to make up the cost of the ice cream very irritating but it had to do as everyone was hungry. Also bought a few other items which i have done in the past but i guess portions are goin small due to costs only thing that was a good portion was the salad 🤣🤣🤣

Unfortunately the quality of food is down I have been ordering since 6 years, today the chicken Donner was tasteless and burnt. Portion of chips very small and again something in the green salad was off. Although their prices got up by £2. Very very disappointed

The doner meat seems to taste cheaper quality to what you have used before, and was dry. Also chips portion needs to be increased because you gave lots of meat which I am grateful for but chips were very small

standard of food and service has really gone down lately but prices have gone up £1-£2 per item. chicken was bland and chips were cold and stale.really disappointing
