We would have happily sorted this for you on they day. All our food is freshly prepared to order and sent out in thermally insulated bags so it should arrive lovely and hot. Hi Tom. Your order was delivered by our driver who remembers dropping the food to your door and you accepting delivery. We had no contact from you other than you leaving this message so we don't know why you would be waiting for a refund. We apologise if the food was not to your liking but if there was a problem then you could have phoned us and we would have happily tried to sort things with you.
