Delivery rider came to my apartment but never made contact for some bizarre reason, he then rode off just as I was going out to find him and cheekily marked the order as ‘delivered’. Called the restaurant but they didn’t show any interest whatsoever. Emailed Just Eat but no response. Bitterly disappointed 😔

I MADE MY ORDER AT 17.30 AFTER SIX PHONE CALL'S TO THE RESTAURANT AND TWO CALLS TO YOUI AT JUST-EAT THE FOOD ARRIVED AT 19.34 THE FOOD WAS COLD AND ENDED UP IN THE BIN. THE DRIVER APOLOGISED AND SAID HE WOULD MAKE A REPORT, IT'S NOIW IN YOUR HANDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, I HAV E PAID YOU £72.35 IN GOOD FAITH I WAITED OVER TWO HOURS FOR A BAG OF COLD FOOD I COULD NOT EAT. I AWAIT YOUR REPLY.

Food was over priced and oily and arrived cold, don’t read the instructions sent to them, and driver admitted they said ‘they don’t care’ when I asked for my reciept!! Terrible
