Food is usually great, but the delivery times are shocking. Waiting almost 2.5 hours and my food still hasn’t arrived. Had to comment on the lateness, but there is t an option for food not turning up

The pizzas were over an hour late. It had been updated on the app from their end as on time. We ordered knowing there was 40-45 minute wait but this ended up being closer to 2 hours. It was edible but you could tell they had been in the box for ages.

I ordered a parmo wrap with salad. The wrap was stone cold when it came, delivery 15 minutes late & the chicken tasted sour. Garlic taste has massively changed. I was a regular customer but this place has massively gone downhill.
