Food was great but it took over 2 hours to get it and I only received a cursory apology. I realise it was Valentines but considering the order was £55 I thought they might at least give us a free bottle of drink or starter by way of an apology.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. food Marked as delivered but was not. No communication. they did not answer the phone. Due to lack of response I ordered from another restaurant incurring extra cost. if they had communicated the delay this would not have happened . The order arrived 1 hour later. To make matters worse they have refused to refund any money despite their clear failure in service.

ordered at 6pm, delivery expected 710-730pm no update on the app I rang at 730pm as still hadn't arrived. was told it was next to leave, I'm only 10mins drive from there, 8pm I ring again told its on route explained I'm 10mins away he said the drivers delivering multiple orders. I said I hope it's not cold as it's been 30mins since it left the response was "hopefully. Arrived at 8.10pm cold!
