The order has NEVER arrived; on the app it shows it arrived 4 hours after i placed an order, but that never happened and just eats just closed my case saying according the app it’s delivered.. next steps? Ombudsman i guess?

Somehow the app has said my order was delivered 20 minutes into the future. Clearly not possible, also to get to this point it’s take 2 hours. Oh and it appears there is no way to contact support or get a refund…
