Saturday 22 March 2025Hour late. Food cold. Chips were slimy and tasted of tainted oil. Chicken was dry. Awful.

Food was not a hour late but 30 mins late! Very difficult for the food to get cold as we cook and dispatch immediately.as for the chicken it was cooked fresh and could have been over cooked which we are more than happy to refund. We will always accept the possibility of failing but I’m sorry to tell you that your accusation about our chips is beyond my understanding and in my opinion you have made a very false accusation. We use the finest and freshest oil so for our chips to be tainted is not even a possibility. Please call in for a refund on your chicken but I politely ask you to be fair whenever you decide to review any establishment!!!! Best wishes 😊

Saturday 15 March 2025Good was cold on arrival. ordered based on 4 star rating. Definitely not 4 star. waited over an hour for delivery. called restaurant to see where food was, took ages for pick up on phone then told food on it's way then hung up. definitely won't be ordering again.

Please be advised on Saturday nights and considering you live in great denham and we are on Harrowden lane shows us we are not your local chippy. I would consider using your local in great denham. Food is sent in hot bags and generally arrives hot! We can only take your word for it and apologise. Best wishes
