Monday 04 November 2024The Pizza was eventually nearly as good as ever, but despite myself being inside reading in silence I heard no knock on the door. It was only when I realised it was late and looked on my app it said delivered. I hobbled outside on crutches as I have a broken leg and it had been left outside for I don't know how long. It was stone cold and I had to heat it up in my oven. I have always had excellent service from Arthur's, this was purely down to a lazy delivery person. It spoilt my takeaway night.

Hi, thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed our pizza's. Sorry to hear about your delivery experience. Unfortunately just eat provide the delivery drivers not the restaurant so we will contact our just eat rep and pass on your feedback as that is not okay from one of their drivers.

sorry to hear you believe we provide horrible customer service. We do our best to go above and beyond for customers on a daily basis. I understand how frustrating it is when a mistake happens. It is very rare however, we are just humans not robots. Like all humans sometimes mistakes happen. However, that being said we did not deserve the abuse down the phone and being sworn at multiple times on a busy saturday night. Especially over a diet coke. Thanks for your feedback though :)

Sunday 27 October 2024Delicious, wood-fired pizza. I like the "make your own", option. Only thing is the don't offer peppers, but that's a minor gripe. 5 stars.
