1 item was missing, but I wasn't charged so all OK. Delivery driver followed instructions perfectly and was super nice when we spoke via the Ring camera....lovely chap!

Delivery driver was just rude. Ignored delivery instructions which asked to open the porch door and leave inside because I can't retrieve things from outside. Also ignored me when I asked him via Ring camera and just walked away. Dumped groceries outside and didn't bother to close gate either so the bags were visible to passers-by....had to ring a neighbour to grab them for me.
