why do I have to pay for something then get told it's out of stock only for justeat to take my money then I have to wait 5 days to recieve MY refund. they are quick enough to take the money then they think it's OK to leave people without any money to replace the necessary items.

Put the order in at 17:51, the app sat saying “the delivery driver is at the store waiting to for the order being prepared” for 2.5 hours. It then updated at 20:42 that my order was delivered at 18:45 which it was not. No one knocked on the door or rang the bell.Checked front of the house and back, nothing delivered. Absolutely shocking making us wait for 2.5 hours for absolutely nothing!!!

order was placed at 12.16 delivery times kept changing an driver location off so couldn't track order did email customer service an then receive delivery nearly 2 hours after order placed.this did have fresh meat in order hope wasn't just sitting in the drivers boot
